**Who is this for?** Physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals with basic knowledge of esophageal motility, impedance-pH reflux examinations and/or anorectal manometry function testing.

#### OUR GOAL FOR YOU
To gain knowledge of upper and lower GI function testing, through understanding the theoretical workings of these tests and their practical applications. To become better acquainted with the Laborie measurement systems.
#### PROGRAM
The course program has two parts. You can choose to attend the full program, or one part separately
- 2-Day Lower GI course (High Resolution Anorectal Manometry)
30 November - 1 December (Monday - Tuesday)
- 3 -Day Upper GI course (HRM & Impedance-pH)
2-3-4 December (Wednesday - Thursday - Friday)

#### Course Topics
- Basic principles of, and indications for Lower & Upper GI function testing
- Set-up and prepare system and catheters using the Laborie/MMS system
- Test protocols and analysis of results
- Clinical interpretation of findings, normal values and important publications, Chicago Classification and the London Classification for HRAM
- Case discussions, e.g. patient cases with achalasia, distal esophageal spasm, reflux symptoms, belching, fecal incontinence & other abnormalities
- Hands-on practice in analyzing and report generation
- Systems Troubleshooting ‘What to do when things go wrong’

You can choose to join the full program, or only the Lower/Upper GI course.
**5-Day LOWER & UPPER GI course:** Monday 30 November - Friday 4 December, 2026 FULL program.
COURSE FEE: 950 Euro, including lunches, coffee/tea and 2 dinners
**2-Day LOWER GI course:** Monday 30 November - Tuesday 1 December , 2026
COURSE FEE: 450 Euro, including lunches, coffee/tea and 1 dinner
**3-Day UPPER GI course:** Wednesday 2 December - Friday 4 December, 2026
COURSE FEE: 600 Euro, including lunches, coffee/tea and 1 dinner
*Prices DO NOT include hotel accomodation, transport to the course venue, and other dinners.*
