About the Speakers
Tori O'Daniel, MD, FACOG

Dr. Tori O’Daniel is a Board-Certified OB/GYN who has been practicing since 2010. For the past 13 years she has been an OB/GYN Hospitalist at Mercy Medical Center in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Dr. O’Daniel is the Medical Director of the OB/GYN Hospitalist program. who instructs educational classes and facilitates OB Emergency Simulations for the nurses and physicians within her department.
She has been actively involved in the Society of OB/GYN Hospitalists (SOGH) for the past several years. She currently sits on the SOGH Board of Directors as an officer
Dr. O’Daniel is passionate about education, and she actively teaches in multiple venues. She is a master trainer for Kiwi vacuum assisted deliveries and she travels across the globe to train residents and attending physicians in the 5-Step Vacca Method.
Claudette Collins Achu

Claudette is a Consultant Midwife at Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust with almost 20 years of experience in maternity and neonatal care, quality improvement, patient safety, and transformation. She combines extensive clinical expertise with strategic leadership, having led complex improvement programmes focused on reducing health inequalities, enhancing patient outcomes, and delivering service innovation across healthcare systems. Over the years she has completed work placements in USA and supported maternity units in Cameroon via VCSE organisations.
Most recently, she served as the National Clinical Fellow for Maternity & Neonates at NHS Supply Chain, leading national workstreams on procurement, sustainability, resilience, and innovation in maternity and neonatal services. Her previous roles have included opportunities to provide oversight of national maternity priorities, governance, risk management, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
Jason Bell, MD

Jason Bell is a board-certified Obstetrician/Gynecologist with more than two decades of experience dedicated to advancing women’s health and expanding access to high-quality care globally. His career spans academic medicine, clinical research, reproductive health, and the pharmaceutical industry, with a consistent focus on improving health outcomes for women across diverse settings. As an academic researcher and clinician, Dr. Bell has led and contributed to research and clinical trials exploring innovative treatment approaches, preventive strategies, and opportunities to translate scientific evidence into improved clinical practice and patient outcomes. He completed fellowship training in Complex Family Planning, providing specialized expertise in reproductive health that informs his clinical, research, and global health work.
